Responsibilities: Managed all aspects of the plumbing division, including the estimating of a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial to industrial. In charge of the staffing of 7 employees and all components of their daily projects.
Accomplishments: Completed a medical gas license in March 2008. Managed the personel and project development of roughly $1.2 million in projects each year.

Responsibilities: This included all aspects of being a small business owner. Coder Plumbing had 2 employees and completed residential and commercial repairs and new construction. Maintained large equipment and responsible for all accounting and paperwork.

Interests
As an active member in my community, I currently reside as president of the Atchison County Recreation Association. As our educational system consolidated, I was actively involved in the development and setup of our current playground system. An avid outdoorsman, fishing and hunting have been a part of my life since childhood and have instilled a great sense of self-discipline and patience. I have a great interest in my work in creating and building vehicles from the ground up, including the construction of trucks built specifically for racing. As a multi-year coach of our county peewee football league, I have had extensive experience working with the public while experiencing the enjoyment of watching our young children develop a strong sense of self-worth on and off the football field.
