Contact Person: 1(204)725-1532
Responsibilities: Well The Victorian Inn was pretty much a cooking school. They were very professional and very clean with 3 Red Seal Chefs to learn from and they liked to teach us a lot of different things, They made it a very easy working atmosphere and fun to be at and you had to work hard and prove yourself to move up. When it got hectic it got really hectic and there was a lot of pressure on getting things out on time and in the best manner possible, we were aloud to be creative and do whatever we wanted to with the garnishing. Overall it made me a very good cook and I am pretty confident that I can pretty much cook anywhere after what I learned here.
