Accomplishments: Increase sales 37% in 2009 at store level. I was given the opportunity to manage a store in the Grand Rapids area. I increased sales 37% in 1 year also building the Gross Profit Percent to 41%. This store presented many challenges including staffing, theft, poor cleanliness, and poor management. I was able to handle all of these challenges. In 2009 that location had a total of 1 million plus in sales. This store continues to be a leader in the Grand Rapids area.
