Responsibilities: I was responsible for new clients as they joined the company. As their account manager I had to introduce them to the company and all the aspects we had. I helped them design their website and to maintain it. Provided them with weekly coaching sessions that provided them with positive feedback to keep them on track and help them grow their real estate business.

Accomplishments: Received employee of the month two times I was their. Was on the Happiness committee. I put together a Christmas fund drive for families in the community. I also organized a blood drive as well as provided the staff with monthly treats and Birthday cakes for the employees. I created a position with in the company that was not their when I first was hired.
