Responsibilities: Daily responsibilites consist of managing the Front desk, reservations and Revenue control, maintained rates (yield management). Schedulling, hiring and staff relations. Preparing weekly and monthly Revenue/budget Forecasts and reports.
Accomplishments: I begain my career as a Front desk agent and moved into a supervisor position within 6 months. In April 2004 I became Front Office Manager, then in 2005 was giving then opportunity to be the Accountant. Although I enjoyed learning and working the Financial side of the business, I realized after 6 months in accounting that I needed the interaction with the guests and returned to my position as Front Office Manager. Within my 9 years at this Resort, I have been through 3 owner changes, 3 management companies and about 8 General managers, so i have learned to work with different Management Styles.

Interests
Outside my career, I have a home business not just as a wedding planner, but I also do specialty cakes (wedding, birthday, etc). But most of all I enjoy spending my extra time with my children.
I also enjoy drawing, painting, fishing, and baseball.
