Responsibilities: Stock work van with equipment needed for each job, drive company vehicle in safe manner, arrive at each job on time, guarantee accuracy of work order, run new cable to customer premise through use of ladder/ underground digging. Install customer modem, set top boxes, and voip telephony modems, as well as connect customer computers/ labtops to wan/lan/vpn. Connect phone through alarm system as well as troubleshoot any issues that come about during installation, change of service, or trouble call.
Accomplishments: Graduated from CCT1, CCT2, and CCT3 classes. I am awaiting the next level which is CCT4 class which I am guaranteed a spot in. I have maintained a low defect rate for my duration of employment, and also have excellent custom rapport. Some of customers even decided to write about how well their experiences were.

Through the use of tools gained experience to paint, lay and pull carpet, run new electrical cable, connect junction boxes, and demolition work as well.

Responsibilities: Paint various rooms of different buildings such as Naval Observatory, and Hospital rooms. Also did tasks such as lay new carpet and pull old carpet. At some job sites I was equipped with knowledge to connect stoves, lights, light switches, ovens, and dishwashers to electricity.
Accomplishments: Was told I was a very quick learner by boss, and that I was very fast worker that had the motivation to be great.

Accomplishments: Gained adequate knowledge to troubleshoot and install anything in my own cpu such as hardware or software. Earned raises as I progressed in learning every couple months.
