Responsibilities: As a Senior Environmental Technician, responsibilities include: conducting weekly air sampling and maintenance on PM2.5 monitors as well as creating the shipping schedule for sample filters, doing visual inspections and general maintenance on meterological towers and ozone equipment, downloading of all data, entry of data into the national database & tribal database, organizing the water sampling schedule, overseeing staff during bi-annually water sampling, participating in public outreach and training all newer staff. Likewise, the position requires delegating and overseeing the execution of tasks, by other technicians and interns, from each grant workplan.

Accomplishments: During the time spent as a Senior Environmental Technician, I created and maintained many databases (primarily in Microsoft Excel) to help keep the air, water and soil data organized. Keeping up with all of USEPA's constantly changing policies, I assisted the tribe in getting all of their data entered in the the appropriate national databases as well as helped maintain program schedules. I also acquired many certificates for various air and water related classes as well as a few in emergency management and response.
