Objective

Facilitating adult education in or out of a classroom setting is where my aptitide lies.  Expanding my portfolio to incorporate additonal classes as well as course developement has been my objective to advance my career for many years.  I continually enhance my own education through conferences, workshops, additonal courses and self reserch and study.

Prairie First Aid has been in operation since 2005 when it started as a means to become a contract instructor for Parkland College. In 2007 the company became two-fold when a store front opened providing Sleep Apnea screening and CPAP supplies.

Swimming lessons is a part of the British School curriculum in all grades. At the higher grade levels the students had completed all the swimming levels available. The school hired me because of my extensive aquatic and first aid background to run the aquatic department and specifically to develop a first aid program.

Details: I was working on a double major in psychology and philosophy with a specialty in biomedical ethics. For family and personal reasons I did not complete the degree. I did work as a counsellor at the help desk at the university for a number of years.
