Research Projects: Research Assistant – Dr Gordon (Hearing, Speech, and Multimodal Lab) – Required to run three subjects weekly. Supervised participants as they filled out questionaire, tested eye sight and vocabulary competency. Participants were then tested on their ability to hear words under one of several conditions. Honors Thesis – Dr. Yates and Dr. Rohling (Malingering Research) – Researched current published studies related to malingering and behavior (particularly as it relates to the eyes). Had to hypothesize an outcome, decide on participant requirements, submit a proposal to IRB for approval.

Interests
I am an outdoor fanatic and utilize my vacation time traveling and hiking new terrain. I futher volunteer two days a week at YogaBirds yoga studio and will be starting the teacher certification process at this location in March. I spend a good deal of time reading and listening to audiobooks, furthering my personal education related to spiritual health, physical health, proper diet, and religious doctrine.
