objective
Working as a nurse at Battle Creek Heath System has helped me develop my nursing skills tremendously, both personally and professionally. At this point I feel that I am ready to take those skills and perfect them. I believe that the Critical Care Unit is the best place for me to achieve my next goal. I would greatly appreciate, commit to, and enjoy the opportunity to join the management and staff, and I know I can make a significant contribution to the great team that is already in place in the CCU.
