I worked in a very communicative enviornment. I was to always be talking with someone and it improved my social skills, which is needed in the design field of work. I also had a lot of creative work when planning an activity to do.

Responsibilities: Take care of the elderly when we were on outings on the island. I entertained them when they wanted someone to accompany them. I planned events and communicated with the elderly a lot on what they would like to do. I was there to help them eat in the morning and sometimes at lunch time.
Accomplishments: The skills I acquired from this job, were communication skills. I learned how to communicate with various people, such as my co-workers and the residents.

Computer Skills: I know how to work different computer software. I also pick up on how to use them quite quickly. I can usually teach someone how to use certian things on the computer, and I am very fond of them. I use one almost everyday.
Foreign Language Skills: I speak some native language, I passed both my native language classes with high marks. Therefore, I know how to write words in the language. If given the opportunity I would like to learn to speak the language more.
Additional Information
I will be graduating from high school next year, and I would like to acquire more job expierence that may be useful in post-secondary education. I would also like to improve my design skills, so when I go off to college I have an idea of what to expect.
Research Projects: I have done many powerpoint, posters and websites during my duration at school. I know how to use design elements in my work because of the learning in school.
