Responsibilities: Successfully lead a team of approximately 40 employees. Develop training tools for new and existing staff. Creative planning involved with the start of several new menu's. Scheduling, interviewing, hiring, disciplining and terminating employees. All the while maintaining a pleasant dinning environmnet in a 250 seat full service family restaurant.
Accomplishments: Was able to play a large role in the successful transition to a new computer system. This required extensive training for all staff. Also, gained experience while working with local advertising companies to develop fresh and new advertising.

Responsibilities: Hiring, and training new and existing employees. Working within a budget to attain sales, payroll and expense goals. Working directly with vendors to source merchandise to continue to grow our sales. Training and presenting staff with fresh ideas about loss prevention. Over-seeing the general flow of the business while maintaining a high degree of customer service.
Accomplishments: Continuing to beat all sales targets and budgets set out for me. Recently participated in a training program with other managers then developed our own program to pass along to our staff. Also, I am the appointed fill-in for our General Manager when needed. This involves over-seeing a staff of well over 110 people which includes 4 departments.
