Research Projects: Study of autism: I tested a theory concerning the intellectual capacity of children with autism. The results supported the notion that autistics are more cognizant than was previously thought. I learned how to perform structured analysis. Study on the effect of well defined goals on job performance: I tested the effect of goal setting on job performance in a corporate setting. The results indicated it is more important to set smaller goals that are easily accomplished and to build on them than to set difficult targets. Employees consistently worked more efficiently when they were given smaller targets and were able to accomplish the difficult goals sooner and with more confidence.

Interests
I volunteer for literacy unlimited and West Island community shares. I became involved with these organizations through a friend who taught me how to draw, which has now become a hobby. Other hobbies include; rock climbing, running, Scouts Canada, cooking, and reading.
