Skills

I have clinical experience in home and in the hospital setting. I can start IV's and also administer medication through IV's. By being in a home setting, I can recognize issues that need to be addressed and calling the patients doctor and keeping them informed with changes. I do alot of teaching with my home patients and also provide alot of support to patients and families. I document on symptoms and what we are doing to try to control them and any orders I receive. I know what people at home require and know how to get the necessary equipment.
