My skillset and background come for nearly 32 years in the cable TV industry. Specialties lie in the "outside plant maintenance" area but have worked in virtually every aspect of the industry. I was involved from the ground floor of HFC infrastructure, implementing and troubleshooting every aspect of the fiber and RF areas of the network. Experienced with full networks from digital QAM, HD, telephone and high speed broadband internet. I have been instrumental in multiple rebuilds and upgrades and involved from the implementation to troubleshooting and sweeping, as well as coordinating large scale "drop in" 1 GHz upgrades.

Lead System Tech (03/21/1983 – 01/03/2011)
I have done everything from home installation to HFC plant maintenance. For the last 15 years have been a Lead over the System Maintenance crew responsible for troubleshooting HFC plant issues from outages, sweeping, preventative maintenance, FCC POP testing, chasing CPD, SNR and all other aspects of plant performance
