Responsibilities: -Maintenance clerk and secretary to the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. -Secretarial duties such as: data entry, filing, answering phones, placing orders for parts, emailing, faxing, and copying. I also sent monthly DMR??™s to DHEC for our Waste Treatment facility and keep files for the Chain of Custody. -I worked with the MP2 system writing work orders and daily preventive maintenance schedules for the electricians and mechanics as requested by the Dept.
