I have past experience in the security field such as, Hospital Security, and contract security guard. Performed as a loss prevention officer and stationary guard.

Responsibilities: Patrolling and monitoring Form 1 patients under the mental health act. -Restraining violent patients and aggressive individuals. -Responded to monitor point alarms as well as STAT alarms regarding violent patients. -Performed safe walks for patients and staff. -Investigated situations that arose at the hospital. Such as...tress-passers, vandalism, assaults, theft, etc.
Accomplishments: Working for Alberta Health Services allowed me to not only obtain certificates in Arrest Control & Pressure Point Defensive Tactics, and in Spontaneous Weapon Defensive Tactics. But it taught me the verbal skills and confidence that is needed to defuse situations without violence. Working in an atmosphere like a hospital, provided a person with the in-counters of a mass verity of different people. It teaches you different approaches and outcomes needed to be used into order to obtain the correct outcome to any situation.

I enjoy physical activies. Snowboarding, Hockey, Kickboxing are the activities I take part in most often, but I can be found performing all sorts of activities requiring sports and fitness. Staying active, alert and in shape are all qualities that I hold in high prespective.
