Salads, Desserts, and Appies, Dishes (04/01/2009 – 09/10/2009)

I have lots of experience as a Dishwasher. I most recently started doing Salads, Desserts and Appies, As well as plating and entry level Saute. I have a passion for cooking and it has been recognized by my employers. I have a good eye for presentation and a fast work pace and understanding of the kitchen.

Last Employer: Hotel El Dorado Kelowna B.C

Responsibilities: My responsibilities as a Dishwasher were to be extremely fast and thorough. We had about two banquets a day, as well as a full boardwalk and indoor portion of the restaurant. I was working long shifts all summer, every day. I was soon the only Dishwasher filling the position, and I was also on line during overwhelming periods.

Accomplishments: I won both staff incentive prizes that summer for hard work.

Salads, Desserts, Appies, Saute (09/01/2009 – 01/01/2010)

I worked full-time on line as a cook. I was doing prep, salads, desserts, appies, saute and plating. As well as large banquet functions.

Last Employer: Mcmorran's Beach House Victoria

Responsibilities: Prep all necessary sauces and food for the next day, assist in all aspects of banquet preparation. Prepare all orders for salads, desserts and appies, as well as assisting with plating and saute and grill on hot side.

Pizza chef, delivery driver (05/01/2008 – 03/01/2009)

I worked in two Pizza places as a cook and delivery driver. The other place was Good Brothers Pizza the year before.

Responsibilities: Take all orders, make all the pizzas, sauces, pasta, wings etc. Do the dishes, clean the kitchen, and deliver the pizzas. I stayed at Papitos for a long time and had a great experience.

Customer Service (09/01/2008 – 04/15/2009)

I worked for the largest childrens website in the world. It was an online, virtual world for kids called Club Penguin.
