Objective
I've been working in kitchens for roughly 4 and a half years now. I've cycled through all line stations and have worked all prep stations. I've worked mainly on a grill/broiler but can work any station efficiently. I'm very dedicated to my job and look for nothing less but the best. I can multi task and be efficient. I'm punctual and try to be as professional as possible. I have a bit of manager experience and would like to expand that experience.
Work Experience
Sandwich Artist (03/01/2008 – 06/07/2009)
This was just my first job. I worked for abput a year and a half
Last Employer: Subway
Responsibilities: I was entrusted to close the subway at night and lock up. I was always responsible for handling the cash drops at night.
Line Coach (06/08/2009 – 03/08/2010)
I gained most of my kitchen experience working for joeys. I started as a forno prep and moved up to line coach. I was also told on several occasions that i was there best pasta cook. I cycled there and found myself as the grill cook. The high volume of sales of the restaurant helped me to become a very patient and fast pace cook. I've also went through all of there prep stations learning to be as efficient as possible, and to be quick with a knife.
Last Employer: Joey Tomatos Eau Claire
Responsibilities: I was resposible for setting up the line. Numerous prep items and the afternoon transition.
Broiler Close (03/15/2010 – Present)
I have been trained on all line stations and can work all fine. Currently I'm the broiler closer and if not I am scheduled any station I'm a floater. I've learned how to work with a broiler and air deck ovens here. I am eligible to become a leader here but I'm not comfortable with the management team or the pay it comes with.
Last Employer: Earls Barlow Trail
Responsibilities: I am responsible for cleaning and closing the entrees end of our kitchen. This entails cooking consistent bills while maintaining your station. As a closer I'm held to a high standard and can maintain this very easily.

Interests
I am very interested in going to school for culinary training as i would love to stay in a kitchen. Food plays a big part in my life. My life long dream is to get all of my kitchen seals and open a bakery in the future.
