As a Realtor I had the opportunity of being my clients only needed source and trusted advisor for their complete real estate experience. As URG Branch Manager for 3 years I enjoyed building a 50 plus agents team of RE agents and LO, I supervised all documents before submitting offers as well as loan applications before sending them to Lenders for approvals. I've listed many sort sales. I created and promoted a simple but effective Marketing and working system where clients seek our services. I have connected to private investors and hard money lenders as an alternative way to get funding for my clients. I've done many BPOs.

Create one of the first car buying Internet dept in the nation. Worked with a selected team of sales people to train them and motivate them to excel in this new way of selling automobiles.
