Helping with events such as camping trips, conferences and evening programming has allowed me a great opportunity to learn how to connect with youth.

Responsibilities: As the Cap Intern I helped connected youth with technology. From building computers to operating digital camera's my goal was to make technology available to youth. As the store manager I maintained stock, was responsible for inventory, as well as customer service and marketing.

Accomplishments: Working at Joe's Place has given me the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to connect with youth. By helping with trips and events I have gained experiences vital to learning how to be a resource to the youth attending.

I had to work with the staff in the department and to ensure they were equipped to complete all tasks they were given.
