Objective
I am interested in working in customer service. Some of my strengths include organization, listening and ablility to quickly come up with solutions. I developed these skills at Georgia Southern University and working last summer at Mercy Care Clinic in downtown Atlanta.

Responsibilities: I was responsible for helping customers sign in, answering questions, organizing files and making phone calls.
Accomplishments: Here I learned how to properly deal with upset customers and to quickly come up with solutions.
