Objective

I am CPR certified. My clinical rotations have provided me with the oppurtunity to work with and care for a vast array of people. I have learned therapeutic communication skills, as well as many technical skills such as starting IV 's, placing urinary catheters and drawing blood using sterile technique and setting IV pumps.

Interests

I possess energy and enthusasm when it comes to helping people. I  enjoyed voluneering my time to deliver meals to the homebound and elderly population in my community with the meals on wheels organization. I have also helped to coordinate Red Cross blood drives held at Butler Community College. I participated in the Susan G, Komen walk for a cure and also donated to the American Cancer Society. During my phyche rotation I was inspired to help the homeless in our city, I gathered donations and my children and I personally delivered supplies to homeless people living on the streets. I have attended Westlink Christian Church for eight years and have donated my time to prepare and package food for Haiti. I love to work and caring about people is my specialty.
