Was promoted to Mac Tools Leader over 1st shift whose responsibility was to oversee production efficiently, work with engineers, guide and train new employees, troubleshooting mechanical problems on machines, scheduleing and working with other departments to finishing products, and safety training on a weekly basis. A member of three Kaizen events which philosophy is to continuosly improve work practices to make them run more efficiently.
